SEFAM's EcoStar Auto is a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine that is specifically designed to offer easy and comfortable therapy to patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). EcoStar Auto detects inspiratory flow limitation, snoring and residual apneas and hypopneas. 1 year of efficacy data on leaks and usage is stored in the device's memory, along with the real patient flow over the last 16 hours of use.

Heated Humidifier: The EcoStar Auto is compatible with the GoodKnight Heated Humidifier with 350mL water chamber capacity. Goodknight is easy to adjust and connect to the machine and offers comfort and breathing convenience by adding warm fresh air and moisture to the dry air of the room.

Humid Control: This feature makes sure there is a continuous difference between the water temperature and the ambient air temperature in order to keep humidification at a stable level and avoid condensation.

Auto Algorithm: The EcoStar Auto algorithm differentiates between obstructive and central apnea events to deliver the best possible pressure at all times. It also responds to mild obstructive events such as snoring and inspiratory flow limitation.

Comfort Calibration (CC+): CC+ is a feature that makes breathing more comfortable during inhalation and exhalation. It is automatic so it does not require the pressure relief level to be pre-set. It fully adapts to the patient's respiratory cycles while maintaining efficacy and comfort.

Specific Auto-Calibration: The Specific Auto-Calibration technology makes sure that the patient receives the prescribed pressure at all times, regardless of the configuration of the air pathway (type of mask, tube length and diameter etc).

I-Ramp: The Intelligent Ramp feature starts the therapy session at an adjustable comfort pressure to help the patient fall asleep easier. I-Ramp detects respiratory events and adapts the ramp time to them, making the treament even more efficient. Once an event is detected, the ramp gently increases pressure to reach the prescribed pressure level.

Auto-On: The treatment starts automatically as soon as the patient breathes into the mask.

Device Memory Data: All data is stored in the device memory and is available for download with USB cable and can be processed and stored.
